Your name, and your personal information are stored for order processing however, your credit card number is never stored on our websites. Once you type your information, it is sent instantly, encrypted, directly to our order processing system for billing and shipping information. We employ the latest, industry-standard encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide payment information. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server.
Brush Buddies accepts most major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), money order, cashier check, personal check and company check (personal/company checks require 5~7 business days for bank processing) unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or in lieu thereof, customer shall provide Brush Buddies with an appropriate tax exemption certificate or resale number. Brush Buddies charges sales tax on all shipments to California. Brush Buddies accepts California reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase of the product.
Brush Buddies attempts to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Most items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Express shipments via Fed Ex and UPS are also available upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipments within the United States and up to 8 weeks for all other countries. Exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Please anticipate longer delivery time around holidays. When the shipment (s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the S&H for both the first and subsequent second redelivery.
To insure your complete satisfaction, certain special orders including customized products, require a 3 to 5 days leeway time for quality assurance.
Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouses allowing us greater control over product, shipment information, and back orders. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available.
Brush Buddies prefers to ship all packages to the billing address of the credit card but will ship to another address as entered by you during the order placement process. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder’s credit card as we incur charges from shipper for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed for credit card verification. We accept FPO, APO address, but expect a minimum of 3 to 5 days delay from USPS.
Brush Buddies strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. Upon opening your product, if you notice any manufacturer's defects do not return it to the retailer.
