Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Brush Buddies is a subsidiary of Ashtel Studios, Inc. Brush Buddies adheres to the following policies:

Your name, and your personal information are stored for order processing however, your credit card number is never stored on our websites. Once you type your information, it is sent instantly, encrypted, directly to our order processing system for billing and shipping information. We employ the latest, industry-standard encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide payment information. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server.

Payment & Sales Tax

 

Brush Buddies accepts most major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), money order, cashier check, personal check and company check (personal/company checks require 5~7 business days for bank processing) unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or in lieu thereof, customer shall provide Brush Buddies with an appropriate tax exemption certificate or resale number. Brush Buddies charges sales tax on all shipments to California. Brush Buddies accepts California reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase of the product.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

 

Shipping
 
Brush Buddies attempts to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Most items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Express shipments via Fed Ex and UPS are also available upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipments within the United States and up to 8 weeks for all other countries. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers. With that said, exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Please anticipate longer delivery time around holidays. When the shipment (s) is/are refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the Shipping/Handling for both the first and subsequent redeliveries.
 
Once your shipping label is printed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please note that this email is a confirmation that a shipping label has been printed and the shipping process has begun. This does not mean the order has been received by the postal carrier. As stated above, it can take 3-5 days to ship an order. At times we are able to ship sooner but please allow 3-5 business days before tracking information is attached to your tracking number.
 
Return Policy
 
We strive to give our customers a great shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All returns must be returned brand new/unused (due to health reasons). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will reimburse or cover the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error: you received an incorrect or DOA (Dead on Arrival) item. DOA/Defective items that do not work on 1st use must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. If your report is received 3 days past delivery date, you will then be responsible for return shipping charges. Refund Policy

Once approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping back your item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (7 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
 
If you decided to request a refund before an order has shipped, it can take up to 5-7 business days for a refund. This allows time for us to receive payment from your bank and time for us to refund those same funds back to your account.
 
Warranty Policy


Toothbrushes are meant to be replaced every 90 days. If you experience a situation with your toothbrush within those 90 days, please contact us. Our Soniclean Pro items carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase (Excludes ‘My First Soniclean’). Proof of purchase is required with all warranty claims and must be approved by a Brush Buddies representative. Once approval is given, we will replace the defective portions of the product. Approval is given after we have the return in our possession and find that the defect is our fault.
 

Our warranty does not include: misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear & tear. Read below for details on how to submit a Warranty Claim.
 
Defective/Warranty Returns


We will accept returned defective products that fall within our warranty policy. Customer is responsible for returning the product to us as well as the shipping charges. BrushBuddies.com will be responsible for shipping charges on the replacement shipment.

Special Orders

 

To insure your complete satisfaction, certain special orders including customized products, require a 3 to 5 days leeway time for quality assurance.

Back Orders

 

Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouses allowing us greater control over product, shipment information, and back orders. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available.

Addressing

 

Brush Buddies prefers to ship all packages to the billing address of the credit card but will ship to another address as entered by you during the order placement process. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder’s credit card as we incur charges from shipper for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed for credit card verification. We accept FPO, APO address, but expect a minimum of 3 to 5 days delay from USPS.
